Keto Overnight Hemp Oats
- ⅔ Cup coconut milk
- ½ cup Humming Hemp Hearts
- Liquid stevia extract (about four drops)
- Finely ground pink Himalayan rock salt
- Cocoa nibs and strawberries
- Banana slices, cinnamon, and pecans
- Raspberries and almonds
- Pecans and cinnamon
- Unsweetened coconut flakes and fresh blueberries
- Unsweetened coconut flakes and dried cranberries
- Mandarin orange segments, pomegranate seeds, and unsweetened coconut flakes
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large Mason jar.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and screw the lid on tightly.
- Cover and store in the fridge overnight.
- Take the oatmeal out of the fridge and add milk a bit of milk to thicken.
There is no need to warm overnight hemp oats up. This keto breakfast dish is perfect served cold or room temperature. Just add milk, top with your desired add-ins, and enjoy.
