Healthy Granola by @rainbowlfoods

It is filled with good stuff — like oats, seeds, nuts, and coconut. And it is made without bad stuff — using maple syrup for sweetness. It is super easy to customize with your favorite add-ins. It takes 30 minutes to make and stays fresh for weeks in a closed container. Give it a try!

Need an easy recipe for the kids on busy days? This recipe might just be the new house-hold favorite!
@macaroniandbutter writes, “This is just a spin on regular PB and J to keep things interesting and switch it up.
You need:
+tortillas.
+ nut butter {usually the organic almond butter is on hand} .
+ jelly or jam {try chia seed jam for some extra goods!} .
+ banana .
+ toppings {hemp hearts, sprinkles, melted nut butter, chocolate chips, honey, cinnamon, chia seeds, etc} .
Lather up your flat tortilla with jam and almond butter, place the peeled whole banana in the tortilla and roll it up .
You will now just have a tortilla covered banana….
Slice it, plate it and top it! .
The kids use chop sticks and it’s a fun meal!”
